Job summary

Probe Group is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead our training strategy and build high-performing teams. You will drive learning initiatives, partner with Operations, Quality, and HR to close performance gaps, and measure impact through KPIs.

This role is onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, with a dayshift schedule and a focus on delivering business results. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Training/Learning & Development, proven team leadership, and a strong background in learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Training/Learning & Development.
• Proven experience managing training teams and/or Training Managers.
• Strong background in training strategy, learning program development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable improvements.
• Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City.
• Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall training and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop Training Managers, Trainers, and learning teams.
• Design and implement impactful training programs and learning initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders to address performance gaps.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs, learning metrics, and business results.
• Drive continuous improvement across training processes, programs, and methodologies.
• Present training insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure training programs and materials remain relevant, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
