Job summary

Gordian Staffing Careers in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Training Development Manager to oversee the design, production, and delivery of high-quality training programs for US/Canada clients.

You will lead a team of Training Developers, LMS specialists, and Video Designers, ensure instructional quality, manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled learning tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team in L&D or a similar function.
• Strong portfolio of learning projects demonstrating design quality and learner engagement.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Rise, Storyline, Powtoon).
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, production, and delivery of high-quality training programs.
• Lead a team of Training Developers, LMS specialists, and Video Designers.
• Ensure operational excellence, instructional quality, and project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain department workflows, SOPs, and QA processes.
