Job summary

You will review LC/ trade documents, sign SWIFT messages, and coordinate with Account Officers to maintain accuracy and timeliness. The role emphasizes processing accuracy, system verification, and ensuring funding and documentation, with leadership duties to manage the team, training, and adherence

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year Business Course.
• With at least five years experience in Trade related transactions.
• Knowledge in UCP, BSP and PPC.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve trade transactions accurately and on time.
• Encode and verify transaction details in systems.
• Screen parties, goods, and documents.
• Validate postings, reports, and end-of-day balances.
• Ensure funding, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Handle inquiries, coordinate with units, and resolve issues.
• Approve and sign trade documents and SWIFT messages.
• Lead the team, manage performance and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
