Qualifications

• Extensive exposure in Trade & Category Management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 4–5 years of sales/marketing experience in FMCG/Consumer Healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report category performance across channels with dashboards.
• Input monthly business planning to align monthly targets for the Sales team.
• Lead annual commercial planning and category strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Define shopper segmentation and growth drivers; identify priority channels.
• Equip customer teams with actionable shopper insights.
