Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Formal training or certification in Compensation and Job Evaluation is highly preferred.
• 8+ years in Compensation & Benefits with at least 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain total rewards philosophy, policies, and governance framework.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and salary structure management.
• Drive annual salary review planning, modeling, and governance.
• Design and oversee incentive and performance-based reward programs.
• Manage benefits strategy and conduct regular competitiveness and cost reviews.
• Partner with Finance on workforce cost budgeting and reward scenario modeling.
• Provide guidance on promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
• Monitor pay equity, market competitiveness, and reward analytics.
• Ensure all reward decisions are compliant and auditable.
