Job summary

Semirara Mining and Power Corporation is seeking a Manager - Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and optimization of compensation, benefits, incentives, and reward programs across its mining and power operations in the Philippines.

This role focuses on maintaining a competitive total rewards framework, ensuring equity and financial sustainability, and advising senior leaders on promotions, restructures, and cost modelling to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Formal training or certification in Compensation and Job Evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization's total rewards philosophy, policies, and governance framework.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation, and salary structure management.
• Drive annual salary review planning, modeling, and governance.
• Design and oversee incentive and performance-based reward programs.
• Manage benefits strategy and conduct regular competitiveness and cost reviews.
• Partner with Finance on workforce cost budgeting and reward scenario modeling.
• Provide expert guidance on promotions, transfers, organizational changes, retention programs, and restructuring initiatives.
• Monitor internal pay equity, compensation risks, market competitiveness, and reward analytics.
• Ensure all reward decisions are compliant, auditable, and aligned with company policies.
