Job summary

Victowin Engineering Services and Trading is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily tooling production and machining activities at our on-site facility. You will assign jobs, manage manpower and machine loading, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tooling production and machining activities.
• Assign jobs, monitor manpower, machine loading, quality and delivery schedules.
• Review engineering drawings and tooling requirements.
• Guide operators in milling, lathe, grinding, EDM, wire-cut and other machining operations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, and Production teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
