Job summary

Victowin Engineering Services and Trading is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to create and optimize programs from engineering drawings. You will plan sequences, tooling, and cutting parameters, simulate to prevent errors, and assist operators in production.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year technical course in Mechanical Technology or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years experience in CNC milling programming and precision machining.
• Proficient in Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledgeable in G-code, M-code, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC milling programs based on engineering drawings
• Plan machining sequences, tooling, cutting parameters, and machine setups
• Simulate and verify programs to prevent machining errors and collisions
• Conduct program prove-out and assist operators during production
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
• Ensure finished parts meet the required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish
