Job summary

Bossjob is seeking an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Foreman to supervise machining operations and support the development, maintenance, and efficient operation of production equipment in a manufacturing and packaging environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has 2–3 years in manufacturing, with knowledge in drafting and machine operations; you will lead machinists, coordinate mould development, and ensure machinery runs reliably to meet production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge in drafting and machine operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise machinists and daily operations.
• Evaluate accomplishment reports and fabricated moulds.
• Monitor mould development schedules.
• Ensure machines operate according to production plans.
• Train and mentor machinists.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
