Job summary

Victowin Engineering Services and Trading is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily tooling production and machining activities at our on-site facility. You will assign jobs, manage manpower and machine loading, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

The role requires 5–7 years in precision tooling or machine-shop operations, with supervisory experience and the ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

About the role

Supervise daily tooling production and machining activities, overseeing job assignment, manpower management, machine loading, quality control, and delivery schedules. Review engineering drawings, machining processes, and tooling requirements while guiding operators in milling, lathe, grinding, EDM, wire-cut, and other machining operations.

About you

• Graduate of at least a two-year technical course in Mechanical Technology or a related field
• At least 5-7 years experience in precision tooling or machine-shop operations
• Supervisory or team-lead experience
• Knowledgeable in conventional and CNC machining processes
• Can read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
