Cal-Comp Precision (Philippines), Inc. in Batangas seeks a tooling engineer to design, develop, and improve molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling to meet production needs. You will review drawings and ensure designs are practical for mass production.

This onsite role includes supervising preventive maintenance, supporting repairs, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. You will lead cost-reduction and reliability improvements across tooling and production

Qualifications

• Experience designing molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures for mass production.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and improve molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling based on production requirements.
• Review tooling drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ensure tooling designs are practical, reliable, and suitable for mass production.
• Supervise and provide technical support for preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of molds and tooling.
• Identify the root causes of tooling problems and implement effective corrective actions.
• Implement engineering improvements that can reduce production costs, defects, downtime, and maintenance requirements.
