Job summary

Relia Sourcing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support professional with a strong SaaS and eCommerce background to support our B2B clients. You will resolve complex issues and assist clients with platform integrations across Amazon, Shopify and Gorgias.

We provide full onsite training in Double Dragon, Pasay, and then transition to a hybrid setup: 3 days WFH and 2 days onsite. Availability to start ASAP is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Tier 3 technical support experience.
• Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias).
• Experience in product listing and SKU management.
• B2B support experience and SaaS support experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 3 technical support and complex issue resolution.
• Support eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias).
• Manage product listings, including SKU setup and maintenance.
• Assist B2B clients with technical and platform-related concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.
