Job summary

You will serve as the escalation point for issues beyond Tier 1, document resolutions, and collaborate with Tier 1 and other teams to improve support processes while staying current with product updates relevant to OTF and studio partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Two years of college or IT-related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Act as escalation point for problems beyond Tier 1 resolution.
• Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve issues in real time.
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and other teams to ensure smooth escalation.
