Job summary

GCash is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to drive threat modeling, risk management, and security architecture across its fintech platform. You will translate business objectives into robust security controls and collaborate with product teams to mitigate evolving threats.

Lead design and implementation of comprehensive security blueprints, ensuring teams align with industry standards and regulatory requirements while enabling rapid, secure product innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience focusing on threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.
• Expertise in threat modeling methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Developing a complete understanding of the company’s technology and information systems.
• Identify and communicate current and emerging cybersecurity and fraud threats and risks relevant to GCASH.
• Designing cybersecurity and fraud management architecture elements for GCASH to mitigate threats as they emerge.
• Planning, researching and designing robust cybersecurity and fraud management architectures for GCASH’s demands.
• Collaborating with product teams and business to understand the business direction and anticipate security and fraud risks.
• Formulating new cybersecurity and fraud management blueprints to ensure the business can pursue plans while managing risks.
