Job summary

GCash is seeking an Information Security Manager to establish, develop, and maintain the company’s information security policies and ISMS, aligning with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and BSP‑related regulations.

You will lead annual audits and certifications, drive continuous improvement of security controls, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, math, business.
• 5–8 years in information security or management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and related standards.
• Strong risk management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain information security policies and ISMS aligned with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Lead annual audits and certification initiatives to maintain security compliance.
