Mynt, the fintech innovator behind GCash, is seeking a Product Owner to define the product vision and oversee development. You will create feature sets, write business and user stories, and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize design specs.

Lead prioritization with the Scrum Master and groom the backlog to drive timely delivery. You will explore cyber security and fraud solutions, manage vendor selections (POC/RFI/RFP), and participate in cross-functional meetings.

Formación

• Experience defining product vision and strategy.
• Experience managing product development lifecycle.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritization with Scrum Master and team.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product vision and manage the product development process.
• Create feature sets and business and user stories.
• Consult with teams and stakeholders to develop design and product specs.
• Communicate product/program vision to all stakeholders.
• Prioritize delivery with the Scrum Master and groom the backlog.
• Research cyber security and fraud solutions for the product.
• Lead vendor selection processes including POC, RFI/RFP and vendor discussions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with internal and external team members.
• Perform readiness activities within Cyber Security and Fraud Management.
• Manage post-launch activities such as post-mortems and issue resolution.
• Identify additional features to fix issues and improve capabilities.
• Continuously verify product value and optimization.
