Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7.5 years of relevant experience in test-hardware architecture, circuit/board design, instrumentation, interfaces, fixtures, integration, validation, qualification, debugging, and lifecycle support.
• Proven ability to perform test-hardware design, circuit analysis, instrumentation, debugging, validation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and clear communication with global customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and release reliable test hardware for wafer probe and final test operations.
• Plan and manage hardware development projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, and track risks and deliverables.
• Lead schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and release to engineering stakeholders per processes and quality standards.
• Develop ATE test hardware, including tester resources and wafer probe and final test setups for qualification and production.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and communicate design requirements and status to global teams.
• Use Altium Designer to capture schematics, enforce design rules, and prepare design packages for submission.
