Job summary

You will collaborate with design, product, manufacturing, quality, reliability, software, suppliers, and operations to deliver robust test solutions and timely issue resolution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5–7.5 years of relevant experience in test-hardware.
• Experience in test-hardware design, circuit/system analysis, instrumentation, debugging, validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and release reliable test hardware for wafer probe and final test operations.
• Plan hardware development projects, coordinate resources, manage schedules, and report progress.
• Lead hardware development from schematic design through release to stakeholders per processes and quality standards.
• Develop ATE test hardware, tester resources, device interface hardware, and test setups to support qualification and production.
• Create clear documentation and communicate requirements, risks, and solutions to customers and teams.
• Use Altium Designer for schematics, DRC, and design-package preparation; participate in reviews.
