Qualifications

• Experience with analog and PMIC/LDO testing and test hardware.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test solutions for new ICs.
• Define test requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develop and debug characterization and production test programs.
• Correlate automated test results with bench measurements and transfer to production.
• Support transfer of test solutions into production and troubleshoot issues.
