Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician to support its Palm Bay manufacturing facility. The role calls for a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and offers opportunities for growth within a leader in Hi-Rel semiconductors.

Qualifications

• AS/ASEET electronics tech or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Equipment Maintenance.
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills
• Excellent Oral communication skills
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
