Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems in the Philippines is seeking a reliable Reliability Test Engineer to join our semiconductor test team. You will perform electrical tests for reliability qualifications and support failure analysis to ensure product quality.

The role requires hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), strong circuit analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE).
• Strong analog and digital circuit analysis skills.
• Proficient with computers, office software, and statistics.
• Experience performing bench testing to validate Out-of-Spec (O/S) and basic parametric failures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and monitoring lots.
• Support customer complaint analysis.
• Coordinate with Reliability Planner and cross-functional teams for testing schedules.
• Generate and submit pre-stress and post-relieability test data and drift reports.
• Contribute to meeting departmental KPIs and pursue continuous improvement.
