Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall seeks an experienced Transportation Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of the hub, ensuring efficient queueing, loading, dispatch, and traffic routing during peak periods.

You will liaise with public transport cooperatives, LGUs, and regulatory bodies, enforcing safety, CCTV monitoring, and asset protection across facilities. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years in transport operations or mall/property management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hub operations, queueing, loading, and dispatching.
• Implement traffic routing plans to prevent bottlenecks during peak hours.
• Liaise with transport cooperatives, LGUs, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the hub.
• Manage maintenance of facilities and assets including signage and parking structures.
• Analyze terminal data to draft performance reports and improvements.
