Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation invites applications for a Mall Admin Supervisor at Robinsons Magnolia. This role ensures smooth mall operations by overseeing facilities, coordinating with departments, and guiding maintenance personnel to deliver excellent tenant and customer service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in operations management, preferably with experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail within a mall setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations management experience; F&B, hospitality, and retail experience are advantageous.
• Mall/commercial setting experience preferred; maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus.

Job description

The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth andefficient operations of the mall. This encompassesmonitoring of facilities, proposing and implementingstandards of safety and sanitation, and managing of day-today activities within the mall. They also coordinate with thevarious mall departments, as well as manage themaintenance personnel, to provide the best experience forboth tenants and customers of the mall.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree,preferably in any Business-related course.
• At least 2 years experience in operationsmanagement. Experience in food and beverage,hospitality, and retail an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial/mall settinghighly preferred.
