Colas Rail APAC in the Philippines seeks a tender analyst who will receive tender documentation, analyze the file and customer requirements, and develop technical, economic and financial solutions best suited to the project until submission.

You will study documents, assess technical validity, propose variants, calculate volumes, consult suppliers, prepare price sub-details and organize the bid submission within deadlines.

Formación

• Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receives tender documentation, analyzes the file and customer requirements.
• Analyzes the project: technical validity, proposal of variants, assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Controls the plans and ensures the taking of measurements, calculates volumes and measurements.
• Consults suppliers and sub-contractors for best services and prices.
• Assesses the project: prepares price sub-details and sets the sales price with hierarchy.
• Prepares and drafts the technical file of the response to tenders.
• Follows tender documentation until awarding and maintains customer relations.
• Organizes submission of the offer to the customer within deadlines.
• Coordinates with support services and Operations before, during and after the job.
