Job summary

MJ Leonard Services Phils. Corp. is seeking a steel detailing specialist to join its civil/structural team. You will detail steel structures using Tekla Structures, review models with engineers and fabricators, and prepare drawings and RFIs as required.

The ideal candidate has a civil/structural engineering background, a license is a plus, and at least five years of detailing experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering is often required or preferred.
• Experience detailing steel structures and connections is highly desirable.
• Tekla Structures knowledge is mandatory; AutoCAD proficiency is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Detailing and sketches support on projects as needed.
• Review work with team members and provide feedback.
• Review drawings for thoroughness; generate and submit RFIs.
