Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with business, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful execution.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery processes.

• Support change management and organizational readiness activities.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects in fintech, banking, software, or digital environments.

• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
