Job summary

Top Source Executive Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end software project delivery for financial-institution-focused solutions. You will work with international teams, translating business needs into technical results and steering projects from initiation through closure.

You will coordinate across engineering, QA, product, operations, and customer success, managing budgets, timelines, and risks while driving stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering software projects.
• 3+ years managing complex software projects.
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for project requirements.

• Lead end-to-end software project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you will:

• Lead end-to-end software project delivery, from initiation to implementation and closure
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control
• Coordinate engineering, QA, product, operations, and customer success teams
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
• Drive customer engagement, contracting, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment
• Lead project governance, status reporting, and Steering Committee updates
• Monitor delivery performance, budget, P&L, and customer NPS
• Champion continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development project delivery
• 3+ years managing complex software projects
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies, particularly Waterfall or Agile-Waterfall environments
• Proven track record delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget
• Banking or financial services project experience is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and two projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills
• Transparent, proactive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually for project requirements, subject to applicable travel restrictions.
