Job summary

Vault Outsourcing OPC is seeking a Technology Controls Senior Analyst to support the delivery of our Technology Controls Testing Program and help strengthen technology, cyber, and data risk management. You will work with stakeholders to test controls, walk through risk scenarios, and close control gaps.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technology risk, IT audit, or related fields, with knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Audit, Controls, GRC, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technology operational risk management and controls.
• Knowledge of technology audit and assessment standards such as CISA or CRISC.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, Essential Eight, ISO 27001/27000, and PCI DSS.
• Understanding of governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Perform technology controls testing, including assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
• Conduct walkthroughs to identify and assess technology, cyber, and data risks, obligations, and controls.
• Support the identification, assessment, and management of operational and compliance risks.
• Provide practical input to stakeholders to strengthen controls and risk management processes.
• Monitor and escalation technology, cyber, and data risk matters where required.
• Support compliance with relevant risk frameworks, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to risk awareness and a strong risk and compliance culture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across technology risk and controls.
