Job summary

Vault Outsourcing OPC in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Technology Controls Manager to lead our controls testing program and strengthen the management of technology, cyber, and data risks. You’ll work with stakeholders to assess controls, identify risk exposures, and drive improvements across the organization.

The role requires at least 3 years in technology risk management, with a strong understanding of technology operational risk, controls, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of controls testing and risk-based auditing.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity/tech risk frameworks is required.
• Ability to communicate risk and control concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology Controls Testing Program, evaluating design and operating effectiveness.
• Perform risk and controls walkthroughs across tech, cyber, and data environments.
• Identify, assess and monitor technology operational and compliance risks.
• Evaluate residual risk and ensure alignment with frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen risk and control practices.
• Provide practical risk and compliance guidance to the business.
• Escalate significant risk matters through governance forums.
• Support initiatives that promote risk awareness and culture.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk controls processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
