Vault Outsourcing OPC is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to help identify, assess, and manage risks while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role emphasizes control testing, risk monitoring, remediation, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in assurance, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Tertiary studies in Auditing, Business, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline desirable.
• Industry accreditation such as ICA certification desirable.
• Experience with analytical software and database record management systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and assess business controls through process walkthroughs.
• Conduct control testing and document findings, recommendations, and remediation actions.
• Support risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and control remediation.
• Maintain the Obligations and Controls Library and GRC records.
• Assess risk and compliance impacts of changes to business, process, system, and regulations.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for management and governance forums.
• Support responses to audit and assurance findings.
