Job summary

Enterprise Bot GmbH, a Zurich-based AI/automation company, seeks a Senior Technical Writer with experience in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation. You will craft clear, compelling responses for clients and produce internal and customer-facing content.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather information, maintain proposal libraries, and develop product overviews, feature descriptions, FAQs, and process docs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• > 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
• "> Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
• "> Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products
• "> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• "> Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• "> High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• "> Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and products

Responsibilities

• Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
• Develop technical documentation such as Product overviews, Feature descriptions, Technical FAQs & Process documentation
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently
