Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or related engineering discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in engineering operations and infrastructure projects.
• Experience conducting technical research and industry studies independently.
• Proven ability to prepare technical papers and professional publications.
• Experience reviewing engineering docs and project specs.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent technical and academic writing skills.
