Job summary

Cabrera & Company, a PwC Global Network member, is seeking a Senior Associate to advise clients on infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and related disputes.

You will draft and negotiate concession agreements, construction contracts, JV agreements; represent clients in arbitration and litigation; and conduct targeted legal research. The role requires a Philippine Bar passer with a strong background in infrastructure law and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Bar Examination passer.
• Strong background in infrastructure law, PPP, construction or energy projects.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in infrastructure-related transactions or litigation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on infrastructure projects, PPP arrangements, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate concession agreements, construction and joint venture documents, and compliance policies.
• Represent clients in arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution related to infrastructure.
• Conduct legal research to tailor advice to client needs in the infrastructure sector.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and government policies affecting infrastructure development.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and industry practices impacting infrastructure and advise clients accordingly.
