Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technical QA to review quality specs and design documents, and to create detailed test plans and test cases. The role is based in Eastwood Libis QC with a hybrid setup and standard Monday–Friday hours.

The candidate will own sanity and API testing, define backlog priorities, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely quality feedback. Ideal candidates have strong documentation skills and experience with QA tools such as Jira, Confluence, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Technical QA role.
Experience with automation testing.
Experience with API testing.
Experience working with an offshore team.
Experience with various QA tools.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Zephyr would be a HUGE plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent documentation experience.

Responsabilités

GAP Analysis.
Conduct sanity testing on the current version of the system and create JIRA cards from Gap Analysis.
Verify backlogs based on raised JIRA cards.
Define severity of backlogs and prioritize based on deadlines.
Estimate effort to complete testing of backlogs.
Create test cases based on client specifications.
Verify JIRA cards are QA-ready and link to test cases.
Conduct Sanity Testing on live environment to verify fixes.
Perform API testing.
