Outsourced.ph is hiring a Senior QA Engineer to lead manual and automation testing for a fast-paced agile team. You will design end-to-end test strategies, build and maintain automation frameworks, and collaborate with product owners to ensure quality releases.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of QA experience, strong API and database testing skills, and proficiency with JIRA, Postman, Playwright, Python, and YAML in CI/CD environments. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance with manual and automation testing.
• Experience with JIRA, Postman, Playwright; strong API and database testing skills.
• Proficient in Python-based testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest) and Selenium.
• Familiar with YAML configurations and CI/CD pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and cases for manual and automated scopes.
• Evolve QA approaches, processes, and best practices for high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
• Set up and maintain automation frameworks and pipelines.
• Conduct database testing (DDL, indexes, triggers) and API testing using Postman.
• Report defects clearly in JIRA and verify resolutions.
• Utilize Playwright, Selenium, and Python to automate web tests.
• Validate YAML-based test configurations and data setup.
