Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project or delivery management, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for ITSS and operational support readiness.
• Own project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout, including charters, scope, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with operations, engineering, product, architecture and vendors.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; monitor delivery performance and budgets.
• Apply AI-enabled analysis to understand readiness impacts and translate insights for stakeholders.
