Qualifications

• Master's / Graduate degree required.
• PMP / Agile certification preferable.
• 12+ years cross-functional experience in global sourcing with leading organizations.
• 6+ years leading strategic program implementations.
• Experience in program management elements: estimation, planning, risk management, operating models.
• Experience managing multiple portfolios and converting demand items into strategic programs.
• People management experience and ability to lead across the organization.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with project management tools (Excel, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and drive enterprise work streams across domains like real estate, training, telecom tech and human capital.
• Drive Internal Readiness across functions for new projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic direction and deliver solutions.
• Manage programs for the site and handle escalations to stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional engagement across teams.
