Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager to lead technology initiatives in the Philippines. The role focuses on aligning work strategies with resources and client outcomes while guiding planning and execution across programs.

The candidate will manage Agile and Waterfall approaches, coordinate with senior leaders, and leverage ServiceNow and AI-related projects. Strong people skills, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project/program management in technology environments.
• Experience as an Agile practitioner, with flexibility to adapt to Waterfall methodologies when needed.
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar tools.
• Experience in endpoint software delivery or similar technical environments.
• Exposure to or experience working with AI-related initiatives or technologies.
• Proven solid people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
