Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive large, multi-tenant case management initiatives. You will collect requirements, write specs, and manage design-to-release cycles across internal teams and external partners.

You will balance business needs with technical constraints and lead with strong stakeholder communication. You should have 5+ years in technical product or program management, 7+ years partnering with engineering, and 3+ years in software development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers.
• Write specifications and drive project schedules from design to release.
• Coordinate design/implementation between internal teams and merchants/vendors to develop optimal solutions.
• Make tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and clearly communicate goals and roles to cross-functional teams.
• Break down large projects into manageable pieces and deliver them on time.
