Job summary

Clayman Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Technical Production Artist (Product & Packaging) in the Philippines to lead production-ready artwork, dielines, and mechanical drawings. This role bridges design and manufacturing with deep packaging technical expertise.

You will own complex packaging projects, enforce prepress standards, and mentor other production artists while collaborating with Designers, Art Directors, and global partners to translate creative intent into manufacturable solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience creating packaging dielines.
Strong prepress knowledge including bleed, margins, crop marks, and production-ready artwork.
Solid understanding of isometric and orthographic drawings.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for production art and dielines.
Bachelor of Arts in Product / Industrial Design or related technical field.
Experience working with global teams across time zones and independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Create technically accurate production artworks, dielines, and packaging for sampling and manufacturing.
Own complex or high-risk production work requiring packaging, prepress, or manufacturing knowledge.
Ensure files meet production specs and are ready for manufacturing.
Serve as a technical resource for the production art team on packaging and prepress issues.
Establish and maintain best practices for dielines and prepress workflows.
Provide technical coaching and mentorship to other production artists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
