Cognizant Philippines is seeking a skilled professional to manage artwork change requests and coordinate execution plans with Supply Planning, Art-House, and stakeholders. You will monitor project status, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement through feedback from Marketing, QA, Regulatory, and CMOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level in Marketing, Supply Chain or Business with extensive years in artwork or supply planning.
• Ability to communicate widely within and outside the business.
• Analytical skills to analyse artwork and make recommendations.
• Negotiation skills to negotiate well with suppliers and customers.
• Able to design and manage processes.
• Able to communicate to key audiences.
• Able to engage internally and externally across cultures.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setting and day shift schedule in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Receive artwork change requests via Change Controls process.
• Prepare execution plan with Supply Planning based on requested dates.
• Coordinate all changes with Art-House.
• Coordinate input from all stakeholders.
• Coordinate all internal approvals.
• Prepare and publish timely reports to monitor all projects and status.
• Identify delivery issues and mitigation of risks.
• Manage timely delivery of artwork and track and manage costs; recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Seek feedback from internal Customers – Marketing, QA, Regulatory and Supply Chain to support continuous improvement.
• Seek Feedback from CMOs for continuous improvement.
