Job summary

SuiteStudio Operations Inc. in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our offshore shared services team.

You will create, update, and prepare packaging artwork across multiple in-house brands, ensuring files are on-brand, print-ready, and set up for accurate supplier handoff. You will work closely with the Packaging Lead in Australia and the local UX & Design Manager to deliver packaging assets across product categories, formats, and print materials, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging design, packaging artwork, or print production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of print-ready artwork preparation and pre-press requirements
• Working knowledge of colour consistency, proofing, and print output across different materials
• High attention to detail and strong file accuracy habits
• Ability to work across multiple brand guidelines simultaneously
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out packaging artwork across boxes, sleeves, swing tags, stickers, back stamps, manuals, and other print assets
• Prepare print-ready files and check dielines, bleed, trim, barcodes, copy placement, and technical specs before supplier handoff
• Maintain version control, file naming conventions, and organised working and final files
• Apply colour management principles across CMYK, spot colours, and different print materials and finishes
• Collaborate with marketing, studio, and buying teams to deliver packaging accurately and on time
• Review proofs and raise any artwork or print risks before approval
• Support ongoing improvement of packaging templates, workflows, and file standards
