Job summary

HRTX in Makati City, Philippines is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead platform configuration and product setup across Aon platforms, including risk codes, eLink, Webforms, and Oracle BI Publisher.

You will gather business requirements, document mappings and functional designs, perform testing, and support deployments. The role also acts as APAC SME, collaborates with regional teams, and drives continuous process improvements while meeting security and PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years experience with OBIEE, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, XPath, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in risk management across diverse client segments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration & Product Setup: Configure insurance products, templates, and systems across Aon platforms (e.g., risk codes, eLink, Webforms, Oracle BI Publisher).

• Requirements & System Design: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, field mappings, and functional design specifications.

• Quality Assurance & Deployment: Create test scripts, perform specialized testing, log defects in JIRA, and assist with product deployments and training.

• Regional Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as an APAC platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating across cross-functional and distributed regional teams.

• System Support & Optimization: Provide application support to meet SLAs, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to regional/global PMO standards, security protocols, and penetration testing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related courses.

• Technical Experience: 4+ years experience in Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, XPath, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Risk Management: Skilled in handling risk issues across diverse client segments.

• Strategic & Analytical: Strong abstract problem-solving and strategic thinking.

• Product & Business Sense: Deep understanding of user experience and business needs; innovative and creative mindset.
