Job summary

APW Tech in Makati City is seeking an experienced Application Product Analyst to support configuration, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of business applications and insurance products across enterprise platforms.

You will gather requirements, perform data analysis and field mapping, configure solutions, and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements using Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle PL/SQL. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle PL/SQL.
• 3+ years IT experience in application analysis, system configuration, or technical roles.
• Strong data analysis, data mapping, and field mapping skills.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL querying.
• Ability to gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing test scripts and defect tracking with JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BI Publisher).
• Experience with RTF templates and document conditioning.
• Exposure to insurance, risk management or insurance broking environments.
• Experience with ledger-based accounting systems.
• Experience supporting deployments, releases, and production support.
