Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Technical Product Owner to take ownership of the technical direction and execution of the company’s product and technology roadmap. The role spans software development, architecture, automation, integrations, DevOps, and technical product ownership.

The successful candidate will write production code, build automations, manage infrastructure, review architecture, and challenge technical assumptions when needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering or technical leadership.
• 0
• Strong experience designing APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Hands-on DevOps including CI/CD, monitoring and reliability.
• Experience working in remote or distributed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and evolution of the technology ecosystem.
• Translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Lead API development and third-party integrations.
• Design automation workflows and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Own DevOps, CI/CD, deployments, monitoring and security.
• Collaborate with Product Owner/Strategist to plan technical delivery.
