Job summary

Tech Holding is actively seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a cross-functional team responsible for platform maintenance and light feature evolution. This role suits a technical leader from frontend, backend, or mobile engineering who can guide teams and coordinate with the broader platform ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline, strong architectural awareness, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
3+ years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect-level role.
Proficiency in frontend, backend, or mobile domains (React/Next.js, Node.js/Fastify, or React Native).
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Cloud Run environments.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration across US time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a distributed team of frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineers.
Provide architectural guidance across all platform layers.
Drive technical decisions aligned with client guidelines and product roadmap.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Serve as technical contact between delivery team and client stakeholders.
Identify risks and propose mitigations.
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives with project mgmt.
Support cross-functional collaboration across teams.
