Job summary

CommerceIQ is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for IT Systems & Asset Management to own corporate IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, identity, IT assets, enterprise applications, security, and automation.

You will lead IT across Windows/macOS/Linux, manage Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune, IAM, SSO, and asset lifecycle, implement IT governance, and drive security and compliance through automation and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

10–12 years in IT systems administration or IT operations.
Hands-on with MDM, IAM, SSO, and endpoint security.
Proven leadership and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead IT Systems Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Manage endpoint/MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune or equivalent.
Own IT Asset Management including procurement, inventory, allocation, tracking, lifecycle, and disposal.
Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, user provisioning, and access governance.
Administer enterprise apps such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
Drive IT security, compliance, patching, endpoint protection, and access governance.
Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Drive IT automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs.
Manage IT vendors, licenses, renewals, and technology evaluations.
Define IT processes, SLAs, documentation, and operational standards.
Act as the technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
Mentor IT engineers and drive continuous improvement.
