Döhle Shipmanagement Phils. Corp. seeks a Senior Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple development teams in Manila, working closely with stakeholders in Germany.

The role focuses on engineering excellence, mentorship, and leadership across engineering disciplines. You will coordinate architecture and coding standards, drive best practices, and support talent development while bridging communication between Germany and Manila teams to deliver high-quality software

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with Angular 19+ development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple software development teams through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance, and effective people management.
• Ensure high standards of architecture, code quality and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical consultancy and leadership for complex technical challenges.
• Support the professional growth of developers through knowledge sharing, feedback and continuous learning initiatives.
• Manage the administrative and people leadership aspects of multiple development teams, including workload planning, resource allocation, leave approvals, performance management, onboarding, and employee development activities.
• Support recruitment activities, technical interviews, succession planning, and team-building initiatives.
• Serve as a cultural and communication bridge between stakeholders in Germany and teams in Manila.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing engineering culture.
• Monitor team capacity, delivery commitments, and resource utilization to ensure effective project execution and operational stability.
