Job summary

Remotee, through Recruit Sync, seeks an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to provide advanced technical support and incident management for an Australian BESS provider, remotely from the Philippines.

You will escalate, diagnose, and coordinate resolution of complex issues, interfacing with customers, service providers and engineering teams to improve asset availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in customer service or technical support roles.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

Act as escalation point for technical issues and incidents.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex faults and alarms.
Coordinate support through to resolution with internal teams and customers.
Analyse SCADA data and system diagnostics to find root causes.
Maintain regular customer communication during events and incidents.
