Qualifications

• 10+ years as Senior Systems Analyst or Senior Technical Engineer.
• 2+ years engaging senior business users.
• 10+ years with Oracle ERP, Procurement, or Financial apps.
• 5+ years data migration/integration experience.
• Strong Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Java, multi-tier architecture, SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent English communication; proficient with MS Office.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to drive complex system integration, data migration, and technical analysis for enterprise procurement and financial systems. In this role, you will bridge technical execution and business needs by translating high-level business requirements into clear functional specs, mapping data architectures, and writing/maintaining integration logic. You will collaborate closely with product leads, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure robust application performance, seamless system interoperability, and ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, product teams, and stakeholders to define system requirements, document business/data architectures, and create clear user stories or functional specification documents.
• Lead end-to-end data migration and system integration strategies across complex procurement and financial platforms.
• Analyze applications, perform data mapping, and implement integration logic using Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, or Java code where required.
• Prepare test data, evaluate procedures, and test programs against specifications to ensure solution quality and technical compatibility.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, execute approved ad-hoc data updates, and guide business users on system functionality.
• Control technical solution quality by establishing standards, participating in peer reviews of requirements and code, and following enterprise integration principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a Senior Systems Analyst or Senior Technical Engineer role, including at least 2 years directly engaging senior business users.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP, Procurement, or Financial-related enterprise applications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing data migration and data integration solutions between complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, Java, multi-tiered architecture, and standard SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in documentation using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and excellent English communication skills.
